Cynthia loves the mind and understands the impact it can have on whether we take action and implement strategy. It’s what stops and what drives us. As an experienced Learning and Development Specialist and Mindset Coach she has seen the impact over and over for individuals, teams and organisations. She’s passionate about empowering people to take charge of their minds, so they can take on strategies to produce amazing results.
At Create Action Now it’s all about working with business owners, managers, teams and public speakers to get out of their own way, to feel aligned and resourceful so that can achieve greater results and momentum than they ever thought possible. With over 20 years of experience in the learning space in Corporate Australia, and her qualifications as a Coach and NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer, Cynthia uses her backing ground to help individuals, teams and organisation achieve success.
She enables people to get clear on what they really want, identify strategies to move forward, overcome obstacles and hold themselves to account, whilst they work their way to achieving the results that are most important to them.
Cynthia particularly enjoys working with business owners on mindset and strategy especially around becoming more visible through speaking in public, whether it be workshops, meetings, networking, speaking gigs or videos and lives.
Cynthia created her business, Create Action Now, so she can do what she loves the most. That is, helping individuals, teams and organisations succeed.
