After 15+ years in the corporate world, working in various digital marketing, ecommerce and customer experience roles at organisations such as Coca-Cola Amatil and Danone, Anne took the plunge and started her own digital marketing and customer experience consulting business. Anne believes businesses can increase sales and reduce customer churn, by focussing on the experience of their customers at every step of the sales funnel.
